  This is a older hotel. But it was very charming. They are remodeling the rooms. The staff was very friendly & very accomodating to all of our needs. The room we had booked was smaller than we needed, they put us into a studio apt at no extra charge. Also found a room for my son that joined us later in the trip. I would recommend this hotel as it was quiet & convenient to everything in the Paddington area.

  Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when possible. the hotel has a good location but leaves a lot to be desired. fresh paint and new carpet would go along way ...

  Hotel staff was friendly and helpful when possible. The hotel has a good location but leaves a lot to be desired. Fresh paint and new carpet would go along way in this old building converted to a hotel. If staying in London for more than a day or two I would recommend another hotel.

  If you can get a good deal on this hotel, it is a great place to stay. Great location, helpful staff, clean, and comfortable. It even has a fridge. I was also able to check in to my room at 9:30 am - a great plus after a seven hour flight. If you are looking for luxury, looks elswhere. Given the prices for London, this place is a bargain.

  I got a great deal on the hotel, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great, the rooms comfortable, and the staff extremely helpful. All in all, an enjoyable experience. If you expect luxury, look elsewhere. For the price, however, it is a good choice for London.
